Arrival, check in, set up camp, fellowship
6pm – 7pm Cowboy Concert
Evening Meal – (on your own)
Silent Auction from 5 PM Friday until 2 PM Saturday !!
Saturday – October 17, 2020
7am – 8:30 Breakfast – Bacon, Eggs, Sausage & Pancakes served
Up by Don and Barbara Teachout & Mark and Kathy Bowman.
Donations accepted
9am –10am Top Hand Pastor’s Conference– led by Jeff Smith
9am –Noon Ladies Conference – Refreshments at 9am; conference at 9:30 with guest speaker Whitney Payne
9am-Noon – Children’s Conference (Age 4 thru 5th Grade) – led by Keri Eudy
10am–Noon Men’s Leadership Conference –led by Louis Gibson and Mike Mulligan
Noon – Lunch Meal – Hots dogs, chips, dessert and drinks
served up by 4B Farm.

1pm – 4pm Trail riding and activities at the barn.
4pm Celebration of Cowboy Churches

6pm Dinner – Grilled Chicken, BBQ Ribs and fixins’
